Pet Policy

Management must pre-approve all pets before the pets are allowed in any apartment or on the property.

The following pets are accepted: Dogs, cats, rodents, fish, birds, and turtles.

There is a maximum of two (2) pre-approved pets per household.

Aquariums greater than 5 gallons and caged animals are accepted and will count as one (1) pet. Aquariums may not exceed 55 gallons.

All pets will require proof of renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 liability to cover any damage or injury caused by said pet.

Deposit for 1st pet is $200 and 2nd Pet is $100

Rent for 1st Pet is $35/mo and 2nd Pet is $15/mo.
