Amenities

Pool, spa, fitness center, two grills, washer and dryer in unit, gas fireplaces, gas stoves, high ceilings, bay windows, package lockers are some of the amenities.

The spa is open year round and the pool is open the day after Memorial Day through Labor Day. 

Carports and garages are available to rent. Unmarked parking is free and first come, first served.

There are closets with washers and dryers.

Yes, pets are welcome.

$200 Pet Deposit for 1st pet, $100 for 2nd Pet, $35 pet rent for the 1st pet, $15 for the 2nd pet, Cats & Dogs

There are card fees for paying rent online. These are charged by the processor, not the management company.

Renters insurance is required. Renters insurance must have a minimum General Liability Coverage of $100,000 occurrence, list the Apartment Community as an interested party on the policy declaration page or Certificate of Insurance (COI) and name all residents on the lease as insureds on the policy, or each Resident may obtain a policy with limits in the minimum amount listed.

Electricity and gas are set up with NW Natural and PGE.

Any that will connect based on the current connections and area availability. 

Guests can visit for 10 consecutive days or 20 days total in 12 calendar month before having to fill out application to be added to lease. All guest are bound by same policies as lease holder

1.5x base rent of the apartment if you break the lease.
